Born in Temuco in 1968. In 1989 he
entered the Audio-visual Communications career at the UNIACC and got his degree
in 1992. He has developed his professional career in different audio-visual
areas. His work as producer combine fiction and documentary films. He has been
the producer of long feature fiction films like “Play”, directed by Alicia
Scherson; “Killing All”, by Esteban Schroeder; “Achados e Perdidos”, by José
Joffily and the documentary films “Santa Fe Street”, by Carmen Castillo and
“The Power of Word”, by Francisco Hervé. He also produced the short films
“Ladies Room”, by Alicia Scherson, “Break”, by Antonia Rossi; “Love After the
Tide”, by Pamela Espinoza; “The Fish Tank”, by Santiago González and “The
Bicycles”, by Sebastián Brahm. He produced the TV series “The Substitute”
(currently on screen), “The Files of the Cardinal” (co-produced with
Promocine), “Gen Mishima” and “I demand an Explanation” for TVN; “National
Anthem” and “Back to Me” for Channel 13; “Boris & Dimitri” for Chilevisión.
As service provider, he produced the long feature film “The Dance of the
Victory”, by Fernando Trueba. As Director, he has made two documentary films;
“The Children of Nebraska”, “My Brother and I” and the TV series “Trojan Horse”
for TVN. Currently, he is the National Coordinator for CINEMACHILE and Director
of the Film and TV Producers Union (APCT).
